Ragu Rao is a Founding Principal and directs accounting and technology operations for Westra Consultants. Ragu began his career in the public sector working for the City of Grand Prairie. Ragu has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from MSRIT, India and a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Ragu has specialized expertise in municipal consulting, public works infrastructure, floodplain management as well as drainage and flood studies. Ragu has also managed the design of municipal water and wastewater systems and roadway reconstruction projects.

Sol Stigall is a Founding Principal and oversees project implementation and delivery for Westra Consultants. Sol ensures all projects are started and headed in the right direction. Sol began working in construction management in 1997 and has a Bachelor's and Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Sol has expertise in a variety of disciplines including roadway planning and design, site planning, land development, municipal consulting, drainage and flood studies, stormwater management and permitting, subsurface utility engineering, construction services, and pubic works infrastructure.
